My favorite VBScript 'go-to' manual
By Sheryl Bradley
Desperate for how-to's, syntax , and clear examples needed for a WinRunner-to-QTP conversion 18 months ago, I purchased a few reference manuals to provide what I needed to achieve this huge task. THIS manual remains as my first-choice QTP 'go-to' resource. The material is clear to understand, presented so what you're looking for is fairly easy to find (sometimes you must think outside the box a bit), with clear examples of how to use the various statements and functions.

I have colored post-it tabs all along the outside pages to help me relocate tried-and-true examples for developing new QTP scripts.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book as a solid investment in your arsenal of reference manuals - and have directed co-workers to check this one out several times over.

Not a reference on VBScript, but on HOW TO USE VBScript
By A Customer
This book isn't a reference in the way you would think, but it is good at showing you real world examples of how you'll end up using VBScript. If they really only wanted a reference book they would have just published the pages from Appendix A, which is the part of the book I end up referring to most, but not having an index makes it difficult. Overall, a good reference - not on the language itself, but on its implementation and uses.

Great place to start VBScript
By Stochess
As a absolute beginner, I come to know what is VBScript, what it is and isn't, what can be done and how to do it step by step. It also includes comprehensive references information. It clearly shows the road map and points out the direction for people with various programming needs and learning levels. I can imagine that people from extensive programming experiences may find the book 'naive'. But for someone like me, I just cannot find anyone book better !
